Position: Assistant Front Of House Manager
We are looking for a passionate Assistant Front Of House Manager who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5* customer service to guests. At the same time, our Assistant Front Of House Manager will have the knowledge in order to lead the Front of House department, acting as Deputy Manager and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with guests.

Desirable / Personal Characteristics
2 years’ experience in the same role.
1 year experience working in a 4 star Hotel
Be fully conversant and able to operate the hotels front office systems (MS Office, Opera PMS).
Reliable and dependable in performing duties.
Mature approach to stressful situations.
Gracious, tactful and courteous in dealing with customers and staff.
Positive and pro-active attitude.
Able to question and challenge where needed.
Organized approach and self-starting.
Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
